   6 Step Morning Routine  

 

YOUR MONEY Paradigm

 Step 1: Self Confidence 


Download and print the Self Confidence formula to read out loud with 'feeling' every day in the morning, please print this out and tape this to your mirror, read each line and look into your eyes as much as possible. (left eye then right eye)  

SELF CONFIDENCE FORMULA - PRINT

 Step 2: Gratitude 


Then write out 10 things you are grateful for and really feel the frequency of gratitude.

Now it's Goal and Autosuggestion Time.

 Step 3: Goal Time 


Write out your goal in present tense 3 times in morning, 6 in afternoon & 9 at night. (see video of Bob explaining below how to do this).

 Step 4: Autosuggestion 


Play your goal and affirmations for 10 minutes on the "Think-up App" or similar type of app that will play your statements on loop.

 Step 5: Study 


Listen to the Magic Word to change your attitude and your vibrational frequency. (Everyday for at least 30 days)
